View traffic in area

1. A list of traffic incidents near current location will appear
2. Information includes incident location, distance to incident
3. Use up/down arrows to scroll to a different incident
4. Touch a desired incident to see more information
5. Screen will split and show detailed information on incident on left and map location of incident on right side
6. Touch Detail for more information
7. Touch return button twice to return to main incident screen
