Possible Issue:
You have not yet created your Entune^™ account.
Resolution:
Create an Entune^™ account. Choose one of the ways described below.

• Locate the activation e-mail Toyota sent soon after your purchase.
• Click the activation link in the e-mail.
• Follow the on-screen instructions
  OR
• Register at the Entune^™ Account Management site. Link

Possible Issue:
You did not respond to the activation e-mail that was sent when you set up your Entune^™ account.

Register at the Entune^™ Account Management site. Link
