Error message: Insufficient connectivity
Possible Issue:
Your phone has a weak cell signal.
Resolution:
AT&T iPhone users: Test for this condition. iPhones on the AT&T network connect for data using the slower Edge standard or the faster 3G standard, depending upon signal strength.
As you drive to an area with a stronger cell signal, your phone will automatically communicate faster and the error should resolve.
Possible Issue:
Your phone is operating in "airplane mode."
Resolution:
Turn off "airplane mode."
Possible Issue:
Your phone is not in actively connected to the audio unit using Bluetooth®.
Resolution:
Activate your phone's Bluetooth® connection.
Possible Issue:
You (or someone else) moved the phone outside the vehicle.
Resolution:
Place the phone in the vehicle.
Possible Issue:
iPhone users: the Entune™ mobile app is running in the background.
Resolution:
Switch the Entune™ app to the foreground (make the Entune™ app the active app).
