I can't register for Entune^™.

Possible Issue:
You previously created an account using the same e-mail address.
Resolution:
Locate the activation e-mail Toyota sent soon after your purchase and click the activation link in the e-mail.
OR
Reset your Entune™ password. Link

Possible Issue:
You used the same e-mail address to register as a secondary user on another Entune^™ account.
Resolution:
Register using a different e-mail address.
OR
Remove yourself as a secondary user on the other account, then create your new primary account.

Possible Issue:
Your vehicle is not equipped with Entune^™.
Resolution:
You must have an Entune^™-equipped vehicle in order to register for Entune^™ services.
