Locate the activation e-mail Toyota sent soon after your purchase and click the activation link in the e-mail.

You used the same e-mail address to register as a secondary user on another Entune™ account.
Register using a different e-mail address.
Remove yourself as a secondary user on the other account, then create your new primary account.
Your vehicle is not equipped with Entune™.
You must have an Entune™-equipped vehicle in order to register for Entune™ services.
