Bluetooth^® is turned off on the audio unit.
Resolution:
Enable Bluetooth^® on the audio unit.

Possible Issue:
Your phone and the audio unit have not been paired, or you deleted the pairing information on either the phone or the audio unit.

Your phone is paired but is not actively connected to the audio unit.

Activate your phone's Bluetooth^® connection.
